Group Sessions

Sweat
Our SWEAT classes are more than just cardiorespiratory exercise. We design a conditioning programs that effectively address your unique physiology, as well as providing you with the results you are looking for.
Strength
Resistance training is a form of exercise that increases muscular strength and endurance by exercising a muscle or muscle group against external resistance. Resistance training can be performed by using bodyweight exercises, like push-ups or squats, or with exercises that use equipment like bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, etc.

Personal Training
Looking for higher accountability and one-on-one attention? Work with one of our experienced personal trainers to achieve your goals. Your trainer will demonstrate proper form and technique for eah exercise, provide modifications if necessary, and ensure you maintain modifications if necessary and ensure you maintain proper alginment to prevent injuries. Your trainer will likely adjust the intensity and difficulty of the workout to match your fitness level, gradually challenging you as you progress.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascia stretching is said to give you a feeling of deep relaxation and rejuvenation that no other regular Swedish massage could ever do. The Fredericks Technique, is used to work with athletes at the Olympics, and it aims to improve every aspect of athletic performance and recovery. Massage and stretching therapies that focus on rehabbing an injury or breaking up scar tissue can be pretty painful, but fascial stretching is incredibly gentle. Sessions last 45min.
